Favorite Quotes: "You are never defenseless, Mina. Not with our powers flowing through your blood. Trust them, and trust yourself."

Thoughts:  Unsatisfactory ending. The other books that led to this huge boss fight against her father felt so much shorter and easier to handle than it should have been. Included a possible cliffhanger epilogue. Love book 1, like book 2, but this was not so great. Disappointed.
