Thoughts: The prose itself is well done and I understand what concept it was trying to do, but I felt like the message in this book was not written from someone who has experienced depression as a mental illness before. There was a complete disregard for the people who require medication to help solve a genuine disorder. The book felt very much like- oh just live a life without regrets and you're suddenly cured. You were who you were meant to be all along; and so on. Not a great message for those who struggle every day through no fault of their own.
