Thoughts: Absolutely loved this story, from the very normal issues that can come from adoption up to the bigger fantasy issues our character experiences. It's extremely moving in many ways. I also adored how her family was involved so much, not just a 'go on an adventure and leave everything behind' type of story. The villains were also unexpected. Loved it so much.
